Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay.
Contact your bank, as processing time varies.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@cts3d.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
